ACCOMMODATION

    Special hotel rates and transportation will be arranged by organizers at:

Ibis Bucharest Palatul Parlamentului Hotel

      A number of rooms have been pre-booked for the participants.
    Room reservation can be made by the registered participants until 15th of October 2014, by contacting the organizers at rolcg2014nipne.ro. The applicants will receive a form they should fill in and send it to the hotel.
    Payment must be made at check-in by cash or credit card. Applicants must guarantee the room reservation with a credit card when made. Confirmations will be sent for reservations made via email or fax.
    After the 15th of October 2014 , all the reservations will be confirmed depending on availability
